Can somebody help me with an exercise routine? - exercise machine mats
Hey, if I lose 30 + pounds. My plan is to do it in time. I'll start my diet and exercise in the morning, but I need help with my practice, I'm not sure what to do, where I am, that machines, not class, because there is only a small place. Bikes, treadmills, ellpticals and the like. And there are a few weight machines. There are also some practice balls and mats. No idea what to do? My main problem is my thighs and abdominal area, no idea what I should do? Thank you!
